High Country Outdoor Solutions LLC was founded in 2024 by Parker Pinnell, whose journey in landscaping began back in 2010 with a push mower and a passion for improving yards in his neighborhood. That small summer endeavor sparked a love for outdoor spaces and a dedication to service.

After earning a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Tennessee and spending four years in the civil and landscape construction industry, Parker brought together his technical expertise and hands-on experience to launch a company that stands for quality, reliability, and exceptional customer care.
